Note: In its decision 312 O 85/98, "Haftung für Links" (liability for links), the district court of Hamburg has ruled on 12 May 1998, that publishing a link on a homepage obliges to taking responsibility for the content of the linked pages. This can only be avoided by distancing oneself explicitly from the content of the linked pages.

We therefore distance ourselves from all content being connected with the above-mentioned links, the respective servers, cross links, guestbooks and any other visible and invisible content. In case one of the pages on the respective servers should violate any applicable law, we are not aware of this. Of course, we are going to delete the link to the respective server in case we learn from any violation.
